Ok this is the easiest and possibly laziest thing I’ve made so far! Also very pink as I used white and pink marshmallows… Its from Nigella’s website and you only need 3 ingredients:
- 45g butter
- 300g mini marshmallows
- 180g rice krispies
Over a low heat, melt the butter in a large saucepan. Next, add the marshmallows and allow them to melt slowly – make sure you keep stirring. Once this is done, add the rice krispies and mix them in so they’re all coated.
Press the mixture into a greased 32cm x 23cm / 13 x 9 inch tin, I used my silicone one so I didn’t need to grease it. The mixture is really sticky so try and press it into the corners and flatten down as best as you can. Once its cool, cut it into squares.
